Principal Attorney

Adam founded Walters Law, P.C. in 2012. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received his Juris Doctor at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. Adam focuses his practice on the representation of individuals, small businesses, and institutions in estate planning, fiduciary litigation, probate administration, business law, and real estate litigation.

Active in the estate planning/probate bar, he is often asked to teach Continuing Legal Education classes on probate topics. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia's Fiduciary Law Section, the Savannah Estate Planning Council, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.

Amanda joined Walters Law, P.C. as an associate attorney in 2025. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Young Lawyers Division of the Savannah Bar Association. A Savannah native, Amanda attended DePaul University before she graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Culture and Media from The New School in New York, New York. She received her Juris Doctor at Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia where she participated in the Trial Advocacy Program at Oxford University and was a member of the Association of Women Law Students. Amanda serves as a member of the board for the Humane Society for Greater Savannah.

Paralegal and Office Manager

Susan officially joined Walters Law, P.C. in 2022. A Savannah native, she proudly takes credit for bringing Adam to Savannah many years ago when the company was founded. Susan graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Management. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked in advertising sales and was the marketing manager for a national member association. Her most rewarding role through the years has been raising daughters, Carolyn and Hannah.

Legal Assistant

A Savannah native, Chloe joined Walters Law, P.C. in 2024 and brings several years of administrative and legal support experience. She assists the firm's attorneys with Estate Planning, Probate, and Civil Litigation matters and prides herself on client coordination and clear communication. She is a graduate of Savannah Arts Academy and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's Paralegal Certificate program. Outside the office, she enjoys collecting antiques and walking her dogs through Forsyth Park.
